Vedic
Volunteers
Vedic Society Hindu Temple welcomes volunteers.
The Committee members and Trustees are all volunteers and
any help you can provide them is greatly appreciated.
We need volunteers for the various events, regular
activities as well as general upkeep to keep the Temple, the Community Hall and
the surrounding areas clean and tidy.
Volunteers are needed every Sunday at 1pm for Sunday Bhojan
time to help set the tables, serve food and later help clear up the tables and
chairs and clean the Community Hall.
Help is always required at the various events throughout
the year. The list of events is given on the Events page. Please contact the
Pujari or Temple secretary as listed below.
The Temple opens its car park on football match days for
football fans to park to generate income for the upkeep of the temple.
Volunteers are very welcome to help on these days. Please contact the Temple
secretary for more information.
If you have special skills or talents e.g Plumbers,
Electricians, Musicians, etc that the Temple may be able to utilise please
approach the Temple secretary.
Please contact Pujariji Shri Riteshkumar Bhatt, the Temple Pujari 023 8063

Please note that all volunteers should appreciate that they
are representing the Vedic Society Hindu Temple and should ensure their
behaviour is kind, humble and respectful in keeping with the Temple ethos.
